Electric trolley kit for 60 and 200 kg drums of grease

Article 83000 is a trolley kit for greasing and is equipped with a pump and an electric motor (230V – 50 Hz) suitable for carrying 60 and 200 kg drums for use on agricultural land as well as in industrial environments. This kit is particularly useful in industrial environments for greasing working vehicles which isn’t always possible with pneumatic pumps.

The pump consists of a pumping unit of the legendary and reliable OMPI series, operated by a reciprocating system installed on long-life rolling bearings and made to rotate by a 1.5 kW gear motor at 1,450 rpm, reduced to 190 cycles by multiplying torque. Working pressure with the gun supplied is 250 bar, dispensing 0.5 kg/minute. The system has a pressure relief valve which limits the dispensing of grease at 280 bar and, thanks to the electronic control system with pressure switch, the pump will only start working when the operator gives the command.

Electric trolley kit for 30 kg drums of grease

Article 83030 is a trolley kit for greasing and is equipped with a pump and an electric motor (230V – 50 Hz). Suitable for carrying 30 kg drums, it has a capacity of 250 rpm and maximum pressure of 280 bar for use on agricultural land as well as in industrial environments. This kit is particularly useful in industrial environments for greasing working vehicles which isn’t always possible with pneumatic pumps.
