GREASE POWER 750 is a hand-operated greasing kit composed of a spring-loaded pump which feeds a booster gun able to reach pressures up to 750 bar. This system can be used in 3 different ways to obtain the following results:
1) Delivery of 0.3g of grease at 750 bar each stroke. To clear clogged or seized-up grease nipples.
2) Delivery of 1.1g of grease at 130 bar each stroke. For normal greasing operations.
3) A continuous, low-pressure flow of grease can be obtained by keeping the gun trigger pressed and working the pump lever.

Suitable for carrying 30 kg drums, it has a capacity of 250 rpm and maximum pressure of 280 bar for use on agricultural land as well as in industrial environments. This kit is particularly useful in industrial environments for greasing working vehicles which isn’t always possible with pneumatic pumps.

Article 83000 is a trolley kit for greasing and is equipped with a pump and an electric motor (230V – 50 Hz) suitable for carrying 60 and 200 kg drums for use on agricultural land as well as in industrial environments. This kit is particularly useful in industrial environments for greasing working vehicles which isn’t always possible with pneumatic pumps.

The pump consists of a pumping unit of the legendary and reliable OMPI series, operated by a reciprocating system installed on long-life rolling bearings and made to rotate by a 1.5 kW gear motor at 1,450 rpm, reduced to 190 cycles by multiplying torque. Working pressure with the gun supplied is 250 bar, dispensing 0.5 kg/minute. The system has a pressure relief valve which limits the dispensing of grease at 280 bar and, thanks to the electronic control system with pressure switch, the pump will only start working when the operator gives the command.
