  1. MID litre counter for AdBlue®.

    Article 15600 is Ompi’s new digital, high precision oval gear type litre counter for AdBlue®. Certified in accordance with the MID MI-005 standard and directive 2014/32/EU, it is fitted with a dispensing gun and an automatic no-drip stainless steel tube plus a transparent viewer to see the flow of AdBlue®. The stainless steel ½” MM swivel joint and soft rubber buffer ensures a practical and easy use in all conditions. The litre counter, with IP 64 protection level, stores up to 2,000 dispensing operations.  Data recording includes: the sequential number of each single dispensing, the year dispensed as well as the month, day and time, the quantity dispensed at one time and the total dispensed.

  2. OIL COUNTER EVOLUTION APPROVED

    Power supply: 2 x AA alkaline batteries 1.5V.
    Display: liquid crystal with display of different units of measurement (Litres-Gallons-Pints-Quarts).
    Data storage: permanent storage of up to 2000 batches, with time references. The operator can reset individual batch totals, but cannot tamper with the cumulative totalizer.
    Data recorded by the flow meter:
    • sequential number of the single distribution;
    • year, month, day and hour of the individual batch;
    • quantity of the individual batch;
    • total quantify discharged by the flow meter up to that moment.

    EVOLUTION CERTIFIED. 
    EVOLUTION is the latest version of the Oil Counter Approved flow meter, made by Ompi to enable the dispensing and approved metering of industrial lubricating oils.
    Conforming to the standards MID-MI005 and OIML 117-1, EVOLUTION has an IP 64 protection rating.
    It can be used with different units of measurement, and with either fixed or mobile workstations.

    ESCLUSIVE SEALING FOR UNBEATABLE PRECISION.
    EVOLUTION is designed to give you the maximum assurance that the total count of the fluids dispensed cannot be tampered with: the flow meter, after being set by Ompi, is irrevocably closed by lead-sealing the screws.
    Nevertheless, individual batch counts can be reset.
    The device is gauged for the measurement of industrial lubricating oil; for the viscosity grade of each type of oil, see the metrological table on the front panel.

  3. GAS ELIMINATION DEVICE

    Double acting pneumatic pumps, for the mounting directly in 208 l – drums or as wall-mounted pump kits with air separator kit (with automatic pump stop, stopping the pump as soon as air is sucked into the suction line due to an empty drum or tank) according to OIML R117-1, approved for the use in fiscal transactions.

    The system intercepts any air accidentally sucked up by the pump and acts by shutting down the system. The accidental suction of air can occur when there is no liquid present in the feeder tank: in this case the pump begins to suck air into the instrument, but it is intercepted by the system and discharged into the suction tank while the command to stop the pump is activated. In this way the section of the instrument between the interception system and the flow meter remains completely free of air and contains only oil. After the pump has been shut down and the required oil suction reset (for example to allow replacement of the drum or refilling of the tank), the system can be restarted by pushing a button that initiates a complete purge of air from the instrument and reactivates the normal working conditions of the system.

  4. GAS ELIMINATION DEVICE

    Electric, self-priming gear pump for the supply of oil, approved for fiscal transactions according to the European Directive 2004/22/EC, better known as Measurement Instrument Directive (MID) MI-005, meeting also the requirements of OIML R117-1 (DIN 19217). Consisting of: electric, self-priming 230 VAC gear pump; - automatic air separator kit, suitable to separate the air eventually present in the suction line from the oil, with automatic pump stop device, approved according to OIML R117-1; includes also manometer for the control of the outlet pressure and non-return valve; - control box with push button and electric connection cable; - double electronic pressure switch that starts the pump once the control gun is activated and stops it again due to the pressure increase in the circuit once the gun is closed; - bypass valve preset on 15 bar pressure; - 1,5 m - electric cable with SCHUKO plug; Protection category IP 55.

    Air detection system for pneumatic pump without pump stop.

    Double acting pneumatic pumps, for the mounting directly in 208 l – drums or as wall-mounted pump kits with air separator kit (without automatic pump stop) according to OIML R117-1, approved for the use in fiscal transactions.

    The system intercepts the presence of air accidentally sucked up by the pump, preventing entry into the part of the circuit between the system itself and the flow meter. Accidental air intake can occur because of the absence of liquid in the equipment’s feeder tank: in this case the pump begins to suck air into the equipment, but this is intercepted by the system and placed in the discharge through the bleed pipe inside the oil tank. With the intervention of the detection system the quantity of oil that is discharged by the flow meter decreases and is progressively exhausted. The pump (electric or pneumatic) continues to function discharging the intercepted air and impeding its entry into the parts of the equipment between the detection system and the flow meter. The pump must be stopped manually.

  10. MID supply system for AdBlue®.

    Article 70650 is Ompi’s practical system for distributing AdBlue®, applicable to 1,000 litre commercial cubical tanks. Fitted with a MID MI-005 certified litre counter with a 220V supply voltage, it has an automatic stop gun and electric pump in plastic dispensing 20 l/min; a printer for printing dispensing data is available upon request. The pipes used for suction have a foot valve to guarantee suction at any level of the tank. The system also has a device that gets rid of gas contained in the fluid for improved reading accuracy of the litres dispensed. A pressure switch is used to electrically control the pump.
